Precious Memories is my graphic design business, which has developed from a hobby, specialising in creating beautiful, custom products for clients. I specialise in designing bespoke funeral booklets and so much more, striving to bring your vision to life and make it look professional and unique.
My designs are tailored to meet your specific wishes and feelings, and I use the most up-to-date software and tools available to create the perfect product for you. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer service and work diligently to ensure that you are satisfied with the results.
I provide a personal service with up to 3 home visits (within a radius of 10 miles).

I would like to say a big heartfelt thank you to Cynthia for creating a beautiful funeral program booklet for my beloved mother. Also her help with the service arrangements and care shown to me and my family during a very sad time for us.
Cynthia provided a outstanding personalised service from the very first phone call, after I was recommended by a friend and her coming to visit me at home, which she did a few times where we talked about ideas. We looked at some of Cynthia's pervious work and we also talked about my mom's personality and things she liked, which gave me a comforting sense because it showed me she was interested in my loved one and just how passionate Cynthia was about her work.
Great time and effort was put into making everything perfect, from being sent several different draft ideas so we could make any adjustments and the attention to detail literally everything was great.
Cynthia is kind and patient. I was kept updated with everything and treated with the most respect at a very challenging time for me.
Cynthia provided a professional caring service that I would highly recommend.

Cynthia was extremely responsive and had a great can do attitude when asked to design, format and print my mums order of service.
Having limited time to complete the task, Cynthia listened, heard what we wanted and produced a number of designs in line with our brief. All were lovely and made it easy for us to choose the right one for our mum.
Her gentle encouragement, guidance and willingness to make amendments was a real blessing.
From start to finish Cynthia completed the work in less than a week and we where able to have everything ready for the funeral with the beautiful booklets available just as we planned.

We were given Cynthia's number by David Bussue, the Pastor doing the funeral service for my late mum. I contacted Cynthia and she come within the hour. She put me at ease and showed me some other booklets she had done. We
chose the photos to use that included all my family and friends. She got straight to work on

Evelyn Monica Green.
She sent us a few designs and layouts with different words and different flowers and we choose the one we liked. She made it very personal centred for us and captured all the love and memories from mum's family.
The booklet was prefect and very professional. Cynthia went above and beyond to make me give my mum a special send-off . I would use Cynthia again with out hesitation. She is very precise in what she does and she worked very hard to get these done.

With the sad passing of our beloved mum Winnifred Joyce Brown on the 13th May 2024, creating a Homegoing Order of Service was a task that weighed heavy on my mind as I wanted it to reflect the essence of mums life fully.

In the worst period of my life, I was given the name of a lady who could help me with funeral programmes.
In our first conversation, Cynthia explained that I just need to send over whatever information I wanted to be included. With each step I was sent a draft to check. I was allowed to make any changes I needed. By the time we did the acknowledgements I couldn't remember all the names at the same time. Cynthia said 'don't worry' - take my time.

Precious Memories By CPG was recommended to us by a friend, for her outstanding work and attention to detail.
This was the first time that my family and I, had arranged a funeral, therefore we were clueless.
However, we were supported and guided by Cynthia to make the right choice for us.
As a family we decided on the colour theme, the font , the design, and photos and left the rest to her. We received draft copies of the program in different styles giving us the option to choose, this was all done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the end product.
